The Most Common Questions

  • What does your price include?
    All pricing includes free delivery within a 25km radius from Woodford, set up and pack down so your day can be a little more stress free.
  • What areas do you service?
    We service the Sunshine Coast area. We are based in Woodford and have free delivery to anyone within a 25km radius of Woodford. We may consider delivering outside this area but an additional delivery fee will be calculated depending on distance.
  • Where can you set up?
    We prefer to set up indoors or in your backyard but can set up at any venue or park. It is up to you to obtain the approval from the venue or get a permit for any public parks if needed. We will not set up on any sand or uneven surfaces. Please ensure all pets are removed from the area and kept away for the duration of the event. PLEASE NOTE: Between October through to March we can not offer outdoor set ups unless it is completely undercover.
  • How do I book?
    Head to our website and send an click GET QUOTE, fill in all the questions and submit. We will then get back to you with our quote. Alternatively you can email bookings@lavishplayhire.com.au with your event details and we can send you through a quote.
  • How can I pay?
    We are only accepting Electronic Funds Transfers for now. Other payment system may be an option in the future.
  • Is there a Bond?
    Yes, we do require a $200 bond in case of any damages. This will be refunded the following day after the event once we have inspected our equipment
  • What are your payment terms?
    Once confirmed we will send you an invoice. You are required to pay $250 within 48hrs of receiving the invoice. This will confirm your booking and you will go into our diary. The remaining costs are due 14 days prior to the event
  • What happens if we have an outdoor party planned and it is planned to rain?
    We all love an outdoor party but we always suggest to have a backup indoor area planned in case of any bad weather being predicted. Unfortunately we can not offer a refund if this happens but we will however work with you to try and accommodate another event date. Having a backup plan however is the most stress free option for you and us. We do not want you to be disappointed if things don’t go to plan.
